This function is made up of several specialized teams that work as one connected system:

  • Operations Team
    Keeps daily execution moving, coordinating orders, managing timelines, solving urgent challenges, and ensuring information flows across departments.

  • Procurement & Purchasing Team
    Builds and manages global vendor relationships, negotiates pricing and terms, sources materials, and ensures we’re buying smart, fast, and strategically.

  • Repairs Coordination Team
    Manages the full repair lifecycle, from sourcing repair vendors to tracking units, quotes, and turnaround timelines , helping customers keep fleets operational.

  • Material Planning & Supply Coordination
    Aligns demand, sourcing, and delivery timing to support sales, customers, and operational commitments worldwide.
