Our Sales teams work directly with airlines, MROs, lessors, and military operators worldwide, helping them solve urgent operational challenges and secure the materials they need to keep fleets flying. You’ll work with million-dollar engines, entire aircraft, and people from all over the world (we have clients in over 30 countries).
Sales at Skylink is built on trust, long-term relationships, and delivering real value. Our focus isn't about pushing products and services. It’s about being a trusted advisor and delivering WOW, day after day, enabling our mission to simplify the delivery of nose-to-tail aircraft maintenance material for commercial, regional, and military aircraft worldwide, and you’ll be integral in helping us deliver on that mission.
This team works closely with Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, and Leadership to ensure every customer experience reflects the level of service Skylink is known for.
The Sales Roles That Drive Our Growth

Junior Account Executive
Build sales pipeline, support quoting and RFQs, and drive inside sales and early-stage business development activity. Learn how to uncover customer needs and create a strong first impression that delivers a consistent wow experience. Develop the foundation for long-term sales success while gaining deep knowledge of our systems, customers, and industry. Every interaction is an opportunity to create value, move business forward and generate revenue.On Target Earnings: $50,000 (salary plus monthly commission)
Account Executive
Own opportunity development end-to-end, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through proactive selling. Lead commercial conversations that create clear value for customers while delivering a differentiated wow experience that sets us apart. Responsible for building trust, expanding opportunities, and consistently closing business that supports company growth.
On Target Earnings: $75,000 (salary plus monthly commission)Dedicated Account Managers
Drive growth within assigned accounts through continuous selling, strategic account expansion, and proactive opportunity identification. Act as trusted advisors while delivering a consistent wow experience that reinforces long-term partnerships. Responsible for protecting revenue, uncovering new opportunities, and increasing customer lifetime value.On Target Earnings: $100,000 (salary plus monthly commission)
