Your technician is at the aircraft. Is your material ready?
Skylink builds, stocks, and delivers your line maintenance kits. One kit part number in place of a long parts list. The full bill of material inside, complete, every time.
Readiness comes down to one moment. The tech opens the box and everything's there, or it isn't. Do it by hand and that moment rides on 15 to 20 expendables, sourced from four vendors, tracked across a stack of invoices. One backordered line item and a scheduled check turns into an AOG rush at 2 to 3 times catalog price. That's a lot of weight sitting on your desk. We take it off.

"We already run kits."
Then reliability is the problem. Kits show up a line item short. Or you buy the parts yourself and pay a vendor to build them. Two invoices, two lead times, one more handoff for your planners to babysit. A kit you can't trust is worse than no kit.
Make our kits reliable"We don't run kits yet."
Then you're planning 4,500+ line items by hand. Sourcing each one. Chasing OEM lead times. Watching a 90-day filter blow up a weekly check. Every line item is a place for the schedule to break, and your team is the only thing holding it together.

Nine ways a kit program pays off.
You plan kits, not parts
Order one kit part number and the whole bill of material shows up inside it. One kit can cover a single task card or a whole series of them. Your planning drops from thousands of line items to a handful of kits.
Complete. Guaranteed.
No kit ships until it's confirmed complete. Built to your task cards, built to be fully consumed. Zero kickbacks. No "where's the other half of this kit."
You'll know if it's been opened
Kits get robbed on the floor. Every kit ships strapped closed. Crack the strap and it's obvious the box was opened before it ever reaches the shelf. What you ordered is what gets used.
We carry the inventory, the lead time, and the reorder
We stock about a year of your material in advance. Capital off your balance sheet, OEM lead times off your desk. Connect our ERP to yours and the next batch ships automatically at a trigger level.
Your price doesn't move
Fixed pricing at the bill-of-material level. Tariffs, shortages, OEM increases. They hit us, not your budget.
Delivered to every base
Deliver to one hub, then we route to all your stations. Twenty stations or two, the kit lands where the check is.
We watch your kit health
We track every kit number and bill of material against your consumption forecast and the lead times behind it. When a part trends short, you hear it from us early, with the fix already in motion. And you can watch it all on a kit-health dashboard.
Priorities change. We move with them.
A check moves up. A station runs hot. A new tail shows up early. Tell us and we resequence and reprioritize your kits without a change order or a fight. We call it the priority pivot.
You call, we answer
We don't chase hundred-million-dollar contracts. We run a short list of customers and give each one a 24/7/365 account manager.
Send us one check. We'll build you the kit.
No contract talk. No RFQ marathon. Pick one high-frequency task or check, send us the bill of material and your annual volume, and we'll come back with an example kit and the real numbers. That's the whole first step.

Does this work in AMOS and TRAX?
Yes. Both are built for kitting, and we run kit programs for customers on both. In your system, you order one kit part number, and AMOS or TRAX plans, allocates, and issues every component line behind it against your work package or task cards. Run it as a planning kit or a prebuilt kit on the shelf for quick issue. We deliver the complete kit against that one part number, documented and traceable. It fits the way your team already works.
We tried kitting in our ERP and it broke our accounting.
We've seen the kit function write off part value or fail to translate cleanly into your finance system. You don't need to fight your own setup to do this. You order a kit part number from us and we hold the bill of material behind it. We can also connect our ERP to yours, so when your kit stock hits a trigger level, we send the next batch automatically.
Do we have to kit everything at once?
No. Start with one check or one task you run constantly. Prove it. Stack on top of it.
Airbus and Boeing? We're integrating fleets.
Kits are kits to us. A320, 737NG, MAX. Doesn't matter. We build more 737 kits than Airbus. A fleet integration is exactly when kitting gets simpler, not harder.
Hardware only, or consumables and chemicals too?
Mostly hardware and expendables. We do consumables and chemicals too, but shelf life, hazmat, and shipping change the math. We'll tell you what belongs in a kit and what your stations should absorb.
What about credit?
We run healthy credit lines for kit programs, up to seven figures. We set that up once you've seen a real kit, not before, so nobody wastes time.
How fast do you respond?
Message us and you get a person, not an auto-reply. We've answered AOG calls in under 10 minutes.
