We are an international aircraft maintenance organization that supports world airlines and air forces with aircraft parts.

Whether it’s a bolt or a jet engine, to help keep fleets in the air.

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who will be an integral part of our team.

Job Purpose

They'll ensure incoming and outgoing orders are accurately coordinated to support our client's material needs.

You’ll enjoy working independently while being able to see the impact you have with a stable operation who’s been around since 1986.

And don’t worry, we’re not Amazon and don’t expect you to be a robot. We work in a positive team environment where humans are valued. 

In this role, you must be extremely organized with strong written and verbal communication skills

You’ll be communicating with internal and external stakeholders, so it’s essential. 

We work with large and expensive aircraft material, so you’ll need to have strong attention to detail. 
You’ll be working independently in a warehouse setting.

Listed below are some of the minimum qualifications & job functions: 

  • Track incoming orders and customer property promptly.

  • Manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items received or returned. 

  • Receive parts into our ERP system for proper allocation.

  • Work with Warehouse Manager for incoming inspections and QC approval.

  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies and adjust errors.

  • Relabel inventory.

  • Scan all receiving documents into Google Drive.

  • Accurately pull, pick, and pack orders according to the Skylink standard.

  • Arrange appropriate transportation of products.

  • Create AWBs and BOLs.

  • Utilizes computer systems and programs to assist with order fulfillment, availability, and inventory product selection.

  • Operates forklifts, and other necessary vehicles and equipment, to properly handle materials being received, issued, stocked, and picked.

  • Abide by safety regulations to ensure the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment, including maintenance and/or housekeeping.

  • Ship HAZMAT to Osha & IATA Standard.

  • Forward all daily shipping documents to the accounting department as well as shipping alerts to the sales team.

  • Clearly, understand and apply customer shipping requirements.

  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, and the flow is smooth.

  • Minimum: High School Degree

  • Minimum: 1-year warehouse experience

  • Proficient in all computer skills

  • Strong speaking, writing, analytical, and organizational skills

  • The warehouse will be hot in summer and cold in winter

  • May have to lift heavy things

  • Will need to be able to drive a forklift

Salary for Full-time members and hourly pay for part-time members.
