A work package can be nearly anything. A modification, workscope, service bulletin, anything.
The key is, if you repeatedly perform the task and use the same material, you should use a work-package kit to help you accomplish the job.

In the kit you’ll have all the material you need, when you need it. You won’t have to search stores. Purchasing won’t have to spend time sourcing, processing and chasing 10+ part numbers.

When it’s a C or D check you’ll undoubtedly need more rotables that will need to be replaced after the initial inspection.

You caught me. I snuck this one in here.
But it’s true. If you have a set of material and tools you use often, create a kit out of it.
Maybe it’s a CSD installation kit, a Boeing 737 A check pre-draw kit, high usage consumable kit, line maintenance tool kit, or whatever it is.
Have a kit built for each job, project, and situation. It’ll make your life easier.
Don’t Do This Alone
