Job Purpose

As a Junior Account Executive you’ll help reach new clients with 20% of your time completing inbound and outbound activities. You’ll quote incoming stock RFQs, message leads who are active through our email marketing efforts, look for possible new opportunities, and make outbound calls to assigned targets in the CRM.

You’ll be an integral part in helping us deliver a WOW experience to our current clients, so you can get first-hand experience on what a successful Account Manager looks like.

As a Junior Account Executive, every day you’ll help organize daily client requests, primarily Request For Quotes, to ensure our sales team has the information to properly quote them. You’ll speak with the sales team, review historical data, call suppliers and enter data into our ERP system.

You’ll also help resolve order issues, follow-up on current client's orders, plan client shipments, & help research potential new clients.

Listed below are some of the minimum qualifications & job functions: 

  • Organize and process daily client RFQs & POs. 

  • Help resolve client/order issues.

  • Help deliver a WOW experience. 

  • Quote inventory. 

  • Research clients and prospects.

  • Prospect and make outbound sales calls.  

  • Must be able to work a minimum of 25+ hours a week.

  • Proficient with all technology.

  • Has retail, hospitality, or any other junior sales experience.

  • Has or is focused on a business-related degree. 

  • Extremely organized. 

  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Willing to learn and take initiative.

COMPENSATION

Salary for Full-time members and hourly pay for part-time members.

COMMISSION

This role receives a commission on various activities (Uncapped Commission)
