Skylink supports the maintenance of world aircraft fleets.

We work with large commercial, regional, and military aircraft.

It’s the same aircraft you fly to vacation on, that transports cargo all over the world, that delivers humanitarian aid, or supports military missions.

Our clients are commercial airlines and international Air Forces. We support clients in over 30 countries.

Job Purpose

As an Dedicated Account Manager, you will be available to your assigned accounts, ensuring unprecedented support and creating what we call a WOW experience.

You will receive RFQ’s from clients and strategically quote them, in a fast, effective and professional manner. Working closely with our Pricing team to make sure all of our RFQ projects are quoted on time.

Process and monitor orders and material agreements from assigned clients, developing a close relationship with the Material team to ensure we’re meeting our on-time and gross profit targets.

Maintain accurate client profiles in our CRM as well as growing and nurturing client accounts.

General Job functions: 

Maintain and exceed client relationships.

  • Be able to stay plugged in 24/7

  • Respond promptly to clients emails, calls and IMS.

  • Receive daily RFQ’s from clients and be able to source and analyze market data.

  • Strategically quote daily RFQ’s to maximize sales and gross profit potential.

  • Prospecting and looking for new business opportunities within our target accounts.

  • Create and Update the strategic plan for each managed account.

  • Conduct meetings with new and existing business to uncover areas of opportunity.

  • Consistently communicate and update clients on their orders.

  • Open relationships and create new opportunities.

  • Promote various Skylink solutions and programs.

  • Keep CRM clean and updated.

  • Among others.

Listed below are some of the minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

  • 3+ years experience in a sales-related role (i.e. account executive, outside sales, inside sales, account management, etc.)

  • Excellent phone presence.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Outstanding client relationship and development skills.

  • Ability to call on leads, identify a problem, and propose a solution.

  • Ability and skill to plan the day and prepare for different client time zones.

  • Ability to nurture and grown dedicated accounts.

  • Previous sales training preferred.

  • Technologically proficient, including working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Google Apps

COMPENSATION

Salary for Full-time members and hourly pay for part-time members.

COMMISSION

This role receives a commission on various activities (Uncapped Commission)
